Returns Policy
At Gleamzy, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been sold. This policy ensures product safety, hygiene, and quality.
However, exceptions apply for specific cases as listed below:
1. Missing Products
- If you receive an incomplete order, claims must be accompanied by a complete unboxing video as proof.
- Upon verification, an e-voucher equivalent to the product’s sale price will be issued.
2. Wrong, Leaked, or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect, leaked, or defective product, we provide two resolution options:
- An e-voucher equivalent to the product’s sale price, or
- A replacement product.
Important:
- All complaints must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

Pre-Shipment Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled before shipment. In such cases, refunds will be processed after deducting: ₹120 for courier charges and payment gateway fees. - Refund Mode: Pre-dispatch cancellations will only be refunded in the form of an e-voucher.
Note: Transaction processing may take 6-7 working days to reflect.
